Yang Chow Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp soybean oil
- 1 oz bean sprouts, fresh
- 1/2 oz green onions, slice 1/8"
- 1 oz frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 oz bay shrimp, thawed
- 1/2 oz BBQ roast pork, sliced
- 3 oz steamed rice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp soy sauce, dark
- 1 tsp soy sauce, light
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp MSG
Directions
- Heat soybean oil in hot wok. Stir fry the vegetables.
- Drain and add bay shrimp, bbq roast pork slices, and steamed rice while adding the chicken broth and seasoning.
- Cover with a lid and let steam for about 30 seconds.
- Serve hot.
