    This dish is the most famous festival food. and one of the good lunch idea.and some reason cabbage is essential to have it together.so let's pretend to meet at Japanese fest at small town shrine.

    Ingredients

    • China soba(dry yellow one)-1 unit.fine cut cabbage-1/2cup.bulldog souse-3tsp.Cut ginger-some.Aonori-sea weed.Cut gingar -1T.

    Directions

    1. Cook china soba.put it aside.Fry the cabbage then put soba together .some time soba is still tough put little water cover the pan to steam in .-this happens in case of fresh frozen soba.Add some oil Cook the rest together.After adding some bulldog souse Let heat down .Add aonori,optional sesame seed\beer yeast\fried garlic what ever taste good,go for it.i whould say...
