    We all love grandma's Cincinnati Chili. Chili Spaghetti is a Cincinnati staple. I know it's not the "chili" everyone is used to. It's an acquired taste for most of those who didn't grow up in Cincinnati.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs ground beef
    • 1 qt water
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/4 tsp red pepper
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tbs chili powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 tsp vinear
    • 1/2 tsp allspice
    • 3 whole bay leaves
    • 2 large chopped onions
    • 1 clove garlic (whole)
    • 2 dashes worcestshire
    • 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
    • 2 Cans Chili beans or kidney beans
    • Ketchup - 3 or 4 good shakes from bottle

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef, onions and spices together.
    2. Drain grease.
    3. Inlarge stockpock combine the cooked beef and add in the remaining
    4. ingreds.
    5. Bring to boil then cook on simmer for 1 hour.
    6. Serve on top of spaghetti and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
