Whole Wheat Pancakes
I love these, and have never found anyone who didn't! Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Sour Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon warm Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Unbleached Multi Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Directions
- Combine milk, egg, vanilla, and honey.
- In a separate mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine and incorporate gently. Let sit while warming griddle.
- Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto medium-hot non-stick griddle, flip after bubbles start to form. Remove. Enjoy!
- Makes about 16 pancakes, 2 per serving.
