  • White wine sangria

    If you like that white wine, chances are you'd love the sangria you make out of it. Try this simple recipe that's easy to make yet elegant enough for all kinds of occasion...

    Ingredients

    • Your favourite white wine - 225 ml
    • Triple Sec - 40 ml
    • Sugar - 1 to 1 1/2 tblsp
    • Orange - 1, sliced
    • Lime - 1, small, sliced
    • Club Soda - 100 ml, chilled
    • Lots of Ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Combine the wine, sugar and triple sec in a large pitcher.
    2. 2. Stir well until all sugar has dissolved.
    3. 3. Add the orange slices and lime slices.
    4. 4. Cover and keep it in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
    5. 5. Add the soda and ice cubes.
    6. 6. Stir gently and pour into wine glasses.
    7. 7. Serve chilled.
