White Cheddar & Rosemary Baked Scalloped Potatoes

- 5 pounds Idaho Potatoes
- 2 cups melted White Cheddar sharp Cheese
- 1 cup 2 % Milk
- 1/4 stick melted sweet cream butter
- a few splashes of heavy cream
- few springs of fresh rosemary finely chopped
- s & p, to taste
Directions
- Peel Potatoes and using a mandoline slice each potato, add to a non stick square baking sheet pan, add all other ingredients gently stirring as you add each.
- Place into a hot oven @ 400 F and bake 25-28 minutes (check potatoes for tenderness).
- Serve and Enjoy!
