Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup
Delicious! You can always add fresh veggies or different ones if you prefer. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. water
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 teaspoon sweet, fresh pepper
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- Dash of garlic salt, chili pwdr, salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 can mushrooms, with liquid
Directions
- Cook all ingredients except green beans and mushrooms together. Add in green beans and mushrooms last.
- Heat and serve.
