Weight Watcher's Ambrosia
Ingredients
- 3 c. grated apples
- 6 ounce. orange juice concentrate
- 1 can crushed pineapple, plus juice
- 6 teaspoon artificial sweetener (3 is sufficient)
- 1 teaspoon banana flavoring
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions
- This is a good base for ambrosia and cherries can be added but it would not be part of the Weight Watcher's diet.
