- 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED ORGANIC NAVY BEANS
- 1 CUP COOKED ORGANIC BROWN RICE
- 1 CUP COOKED ORGANIC WHITE RICE
- 3 ORGANIC EGGS
- PINCH CELERY SEED
- 1 TSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINIOS
- 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS TO THICKEN
- SHAKE OF BRAGGS SPRINKLE
- 1/2 TEASPOON SEA SALT
- *TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE TO COOK SEPARATELY
- 1 - 2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC OLIVE OIL IN LARGE PAN
- 2 BASIL PESTO CUBES FROM FREEZER TRAY, SAUTEED'
- 4 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES, PRESSED & SAUTEED'
- 1 ORGANIC SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED & SAUTEED'
- 1/2 CUP GREEN PEPPER, IF AVAILABLE
- 2 CUPS CANNED ORGANIC DICED TOMATOES (28 OZ) STRAINED & DRAINED
- 2 TABLESPOONS RAW ORGANIC HONEY
- 1/2 TEASPOON BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
- SHAKE OF BRAGG KELP
- 1 TEASPOON BRAGG SPRINKLE
- EXTRA:1 CUP OF FRESH TOMATOES FOR THE HOT SAUCE IF NEEDED FOR THE SLICED SERVINGS OF THE LOAF.
Directions
- PUT PEAS, BEANS & RICE IN THE NINJA BOWL & COMBINE.
- ADD EGGS, CELERY SEED, BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS, BREAD CRUMBS, BRAGGS SPRINKLE, SEA SALT.
- ***** DIRECTIONS FOR TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE
- COMBINE IN LARGE STAINLESS STEEL PAN, OLIVE OIL, BASIL PESTO CUBES, PRESSED CLOVES, ONION, GREEN PEPPER,
- DICED TOMATOES, HONEY, BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS, KELP, AND BRAGG SPRINKLE.
- ADD ENOUGH OF THE STRAINED TOMATO JUICE TO SIMMER THE SAUCE AND SO IT IS THICK ENOUGH TO ADD TO THE PEA-BEANS AND RICE MIXTURE IN THE NINJA BOWL AND MIX UP THOROUGHLY.
- PUT IN THE PREPARED LOAF PAN OR 12 MINI LOAVES.
- THERE SHOULD BE 1 CUP OF THICK TOMATO SAUCE LEFT FOR THE HOT SAUCE TO BE ADDED TO EACH SERVING.
- BAKE THE LOAF OR LOAVES FOR 45 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. LOOK FOR THE LOAVES TO CRACK ADD 10 MORE MINUTES.
