Vegetable Noodle Soup With Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato soup
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn vegetable mix
- 1 env. noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 3 med. potatoes, cubed (already cooked)
- 2 teaspoon chicken flavored bouillon
Directions
- In large pan combine water, tomato sauce and vegetables. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 min. Stir in noodle soup mix, chicken and potatoes (I usually add in the potato water to the soup). Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 min, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
