Veal Cutlets Italiano
Ingredients
- Veal cutlets or possibly cubed steak
- 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
- 8 ounce. tomato sauce
- Sliced green pepper & onion
- Mozzarella cheese
- Garlic pwdr
- Italian seasoning
Directions
- Dredge cutlets in flour and brown in skillet with oil. Place in large pyrex dish. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers and onion. Bake 45 min at 300 degrees. Then place a piece of mozzarella cheese on each cutlet and allow to heat, about 5 min.
