My husband doesn’t like fish. This is the only one (besides fried catfish) that he will eat. At first it sounded weird, but My whole family LOVES it!

    Ingredients

    • Pre heat to oven to 375
    • 4 pounds of thawed fish fillets (more or less) I find cod or any thick white fish works best, but feel free to experiment, thats what cooking is about!
    • 1 bottle of salad dressing (Any kind you like)
    • 1 bag of Plain chips
    • 1 baking pan

    Directions

    1. Take a rolling pin and crush the chips in a zip lock bag, or if you can manage crushing them in the original bag feel free.
    2. Empty your salad dressing into a bowl
    3. Take you’re thawed out fish fillets and dredge the fish through the dressing and place in baking pan.
    4. After that take the chips you crushed and ‘gently’ pack the chips on top.
    5. Cook for about an hour (depending on how thick the fish is)
    6. Then serve with a salad and a great glass of red wine!
