Ingredients
- Butter 1/2 c
- Cracker Meal 1/2 c
- Dry Curd Cottage Cheese 2 c
- Eggs 2
- Flour 2 c
- Salt 1 ds
- Sugar 2 tb
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. On a floured board, roll portions into cigar
- shapes, about 4-inches long. Drop half at a time into boiling water.
- Cook 15 minutes, removed carefully with a slotted utensil to drain.
- Serve sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
