Turkey Salad
I fell in love with this fresh and lighter version of. Ingredients
- 1/2 (80 g) mashed avocado
- 1 clove crushed /chopped fresh garlic
- 2 leaves fresh minced herbs, oregano, basil tarragon
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Turkey (white meat no skin) diced or shredded
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and let stand for about 10 minutes
- Serve with lettuce or a wrap!
