Turkey Chili

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb low fat ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 15 oz can “chili ready” tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
Directions
- Heat skillet and spray with cooking oil spray.
- Add onion, red pepper, garlic and salt. Cook until soft.
- Add ground turkey and break up well with fork. Cook turkey fully.
- Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 10 minutes.
