Tuna Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice, cooked
- 1/4 c. crushed potato chips
Directions
- Blend lowfat milk, water, and soup in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Stir in tuna, cheese, dry mustard, salt, and rice (already cooked). Sprinkle potato chips on top.
