    6 votes

    Ingredients

    • 2 cans of tuna fish
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 100 g wheat flour

    • 1 tbsp of olive oil

    • 3 eggs

    • 0,5dl water

    • chopped parsley

    • 1 tsp of powder garlic
    • 1 pinch salt
    • vegetable oil to fry

    Directions

    1. Strain the tuna fish from all oil and make it into small pieces (use a fork to do it).
    2. Use a large bowl to mix the flour, olive oil, salt and the eggs.
    3. Mix every thing until all the ingredients are mixed together.
    4. Pour the water into the mixture very slowly, mixing every thing until you get soft dough.
    5. Now mix into it the tuna fish, the parsley, the onion, and the garlic.
    6. Pour oil in a frying pan and make it hot. For each patty, pour in the frying pan 2 tbsp of the mixture and fry both sides. Place on a paper towel.

Although It did not look like the picture this was VERY YUMMY..the hardest part for me was to convert "1/2 dl "...it turns out to be 10 tsp. but you are proberly better off using 8-9 tsp so its not to runny. I also minced my whole onion rather than chopped ( i was worried there would be lots of onion falling out and there would be bits all over my frying pan ) and also I used cilantro rather than parsley only cause I bought the wrong one and I think the flavor was great. I do agree with keeping the patties small. I used a cookie scoop. eating right away when it's crispy is the best. I also used Ketchup mixed with tobasco as a dip. This is for sure one to add to my faves.

Excellent choice for party food! Tried it twice and the second time was much better, if you want to learn from my mistakes:
          1. go easy on the flour, the dough has to be really soft.
          2. do not be afraid to put too many onions, they will come out cooked so not too strong.
          3. keep the patties small in size.
