Tuna Melt Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 ounce. refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ounce. flaked tuna, liquid removed
- 3/4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 sm. plum tomato, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray small baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough on work surface, roll into a 4 to 6 inch circle. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 min till lightly browned. Remove crust from oven, brush with oil. Sprinkle with tuna, cheese and oregano. Top proportionately with tomato. Bake 5 to 8 min longer till cheese is bubbly.
