Tuna Fish Pie
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 slice onion, minced
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 crushed bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can tuna fish, cut up
- 1/2 to 1 c. corn or possibly peas
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. cooked, diced potato
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, cut up
Directions
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water in saucepan. Cook onion in butter for 2 min. Add in flour, salt, and pepper till smooth. Add in water and cube mix and lowfat milk. Stir till boils. Add in tuna, celery, potatoes, and Large eggs. Season as desired. Serve over biscuits.
