Tropical Smoothies With Ina
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced peeled seeded mango
- 1 c. sliced peeled seeded papaya
- 1 x ripe banana peeled
- 1/4 c. freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 c. ice
Directions
- In a blender, blend all ingredients till smooth and well combined. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
