    Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 cups flour
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup cold butter
    • 2 eggs
    • Topping:
    • 1 pkg (7 oz.) flaked coconut
    • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients
    2. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly
    3. Add the eggs
    4. Mix well
    5. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan
    6. Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes
    7. Sprinkle the coconut over the crust
    8. Drizzle with the milk
    9. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer or until lightly browned
    10. In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter
    11. Stir until smooth
    12. Spread over the top
    13. Cool on a wire rack
    14. Cut into bars
