    Triple Berry Coconut Smoothie is pretty and tasty. Flavoured with 3 types of fresh berries, raw coconut slices and yogurt, this healthy smoothie is perfect for breakfast or lunch.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 3/4 cup blueberry Greek yogurt
    • 10 oz. fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
    • 3 oz. fresh blueberries (washed)
    • 5 oz. fresh blackberries (washed)
    • 1/2 cup organic dried coconut slices
    • 1 cup ice

    Directions

    1. Get you frozen treat molds ready
    2. In a bowl add the cream cheese and beat with a hand blender
    3. Blend in the Greek yogurt
    4. Blend in the condensed milk
    5. Add the strawberry oil
    6. Add food colouring (if using)
    7. Add the strawberries, and using an immersion blender, blend until smooth
    8. Add the graham crumbs and stir to combine
    9. Pour into molds and place in freezer until frozen
    10. ENJOY!!
