Tourist Trap Fudge
DJ and I have been together for over 5 years. For most of the 5 years, she has been working on perfecting one of my guilty pleasures...Fudge. It is one of the things we look for when we travel to tourist-y places. With this recipe, I think she's hit it. Pretty simple and basic...but SOOO good! Ingredients
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa
- 3/4 Cup Butter, softened
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Small Bag Walnut Pieces
- 1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt bag of Chocolate Chips.
- Fold melted chocolate chips into mixture.
- Line a baking pan in aluminum foil and coat the sides with butter.
- Pour mixture into pan and smooth level.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set and firm.
- Cut into chunks and enjoy!
