Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
If you are looking for a lighter, healthier salad, then this one is for you! Comprised of tomatoes, mozzarella and a few choice spices for flavor, this salad is delicious and healthy! Ingredients
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 oz fresh mozzarella, quartered
- 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Set in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
