Timothy's Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines dark chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 4 large eggs
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
- Place first six ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed to moisten, beat at medium speed till creamy. Mix in chocolate chips. Grease tube or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 min. Test by inserting toothpick till it comes out clean. Be sure toothpick is hitting into cake an not into a melted chocolate chip. OPTIONAL: Dust with confectioners' sugar.
