Love this summer/fall salad! All organic veggies from the farms of the North Fork, Long Island - NY. Ingredients
- Organic Lettuce
- Beets
- Radish, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Avocado, sliced
- Onion, sliced
- Green Olives
- Goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Fill bowl with Lettuce
- Add all ingredients
- Toss salad well
- Add your choice of dressing
