Tender, tangy, hot and crave-worthy! This slow-cooker recipe is my go-to choice when I want to impress a dinner guest but I have neither the time (nor skill) to make it the conventional way (whatever that is). PS: I can't claim this as my own, original creation. Thanks to Belinda for the recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 1 beef brisket
    • 1 - 2 bottles of your preferred BBQ sauce (I like Jack Daniels or Criss N Pitts)

    Directions

    1. Place whole beef brisket in the slow-cooker.
    2. Pour BBQ sauce over brisket (at this point, add a second bottle if one doesn't cover the brisket)
    3. Set slow-cooker on High for six hours or Low for eight hours.
    4. Brisket is done when it can easily be pulled apart with a fork.
