The Best Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x egg whites
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. sparkling water
Directions
- Mix oil, egg and lowfat milk in large bowl. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and sugar. Add in dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Blend well. Add in sparkling water. Drop 1/2 cupfuls of batter onto lightly oiled griddle.
- This recipe yields 6 pancakes.
