4th of July weekend with this burger just perfect!!!!
Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground beef 85%
- 4 slices of foie
- 4 buns toasted
- S 'N P ( salt 'n pepper)
Directions
1. make four patties don't press too hard on the meat
2. Sprinkle with S and P
3. BBQ just the way you like it
4. On the stove put a med pan on hi heat
5. Sprinkle foie with s and p
6. Place on hot pan for 1 min
7. Flip to the other side for another min
8. Place it on the burger and enjoy
9. Happy 4th of July
