  • Thai Spicy Beef With Rice Noodles

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
    • 10 ounce Lean beef, boneless sirloin or possibly filet mignon sliced thin, up to 12
    • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
    • 1 Tbsp. Fresh grated ginger
    • 2 ounce Siracha, thai chili and garlic paste
    • 2 x Leeks sliced laterally, cleaned and sliced thin into half moon shape, up to 3
    • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce, up to 3
    • 2 Tbsp. Mirin
    • 12 ounce Fresh flat rice noodles or possibly can use, up to 14 alternate asian noodle
    •     Fresh spinach, 8 to10 ounces fine chiffonade
    • 1 x Carrot curled on a turning machine or possibly freshly grated
    •     Alfalfa sprouts
    •     Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
    • 1 x Beet peeled and curled on machine or possibly use grated

    Directions

    1. In a warm wok or possibly saute/fry pan add in oil. When warm toss beef quickly with garlic, ginger siracha. In approximately 1 minute beef will still be medium rare.
    2. Remove with slotted spoon and reserve.
    3. Add in leeks to warm pan and deglaze with soy sauce and mirin, bring to a simmer. Add in noodles and toss with beef mix.
    4. In serving bowls place spinach, carrots and alfalfa sprouts around outside, then add in beef and noodles to center. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and curled beets.
