Texas Sheet Cake
An excellent cake that goes with any frosting!! Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Measure flour, sugar and salt into large mixing bowl.
- In a small pan bring butter, water and cocoa to boil.
- Take from heat and add in immediately to dry ingredients.
- Mix in lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and soda.
- Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased 10x15 pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 at 350 degrees
