I have been making this since 1988 I like it better than store bought sauces.
Ingredients
- I can Stew tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomaoes
- 1 tbsp-oregano
- 1/2 tsp-garlic
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 lb ground meat
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 stick butter
- olive oil-1 tbsp
- green onions-3 large bulb
- pasta of your choice/penne,spaghetti,thin angel,wheels
Directions
1. I put little butter/olive oil in pan
2. Clean green onions slice very thin
3. brown for 3-4 minutes med-high heat
4. add pork/ground beef 8 minutes !
5. add all ingredients in bowl mix well
6. then add to beef/pork lower heat/low
7. cook for 1 1/2 hour stir occasionally
8. cook pasta 18 minutes/drain
