    Ingredients

    • 1 Red Bell Pepper
    • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    • 1 Green Bell Pepper
    • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
    • 1 Purple Sweet Onion
    • 6 Green Onions
    • 3 Stalks of Celery
    • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
    • 3 to 5 Tomatoes
    • 1 Can White Corn
    • 1 Can Yellow Corn
    • 1 Can Black eyed Peas
    • 1 Can Black Beans
    • Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    • 1 bottle of Fat Free / Light Italian Dressing

    Directions

    1. Cut up all fresh vegetables in small pieces
    2. Drain and rinse all can vegetables, let set to dry off water
    3. Mix all ingredients
    4. Cover and Chill in Refrigerator for at least 24 hours
    5. Serve with corn chips!
