Tex-Mex Chili Cheese Dip
Great dip for sports events, or gatherings with a lot of guys in attendance. Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 - 10 oz. can Rotel, drained
- 1 15 oz. can chili without beans
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped, whites and some green parts
Directions
- In a skillet, cook bacon, remove, saute onions.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepot over medium heat, stir until cheese melts.
- Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos
