Teriyaki Ginger Salmon

- 3 lb salmon fillet
- 1-10oz bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 T garlic
- 2 T honey
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1/4 c olive oil
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients, except salmon, together in a bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over salmon and let marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cook with your favorite salmon cooking method until done (I wouldn't recommend a cedar plank however, the flavors might clash).
