Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 packages. cut up chicken wings
- 1 c. soy sauce or possibly 3/4 c. soy sauce + 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 or possibly 3 cloves garlic
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients (soy, sugar, ginger and garlic). In large baking pan spread chicken in one layer over sauce. Make sure both sides get coated. Bake at 350 degrees, turning each piece every 20-30 min till sauce is sticky and coats wings - approximately 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
