    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Grnd beef
    • 1/2 c. Minced onion
    • 1 x Taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 Ounce)
    • 1 can Tomato sauce (15 ounce)
    • 1 can Whole kernel corn, liquid removed
    •     (15 1/4 ounce)
    • 2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
    • 2 c. "BISQUICK" Baking mix
    • 1 c. Lowfat milk
    • 2 x Large eggs

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook grnd beef and onion till beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
    2. Stir remaining ingredients till blended. Pour over beef mix.
    3. Bake 35 minutes or possibly till light golden. Serve with lowfat sour cream, minced tomato and shredded lettuce if you like.
    4. Prep time: 18 minutes Bake time: 35 minutes
