    Ingredients

    • 1 box of Jelly powder (choose what flavor you like, I always use strawberry, pandan, or if I use plain I add coffee while cooking it)
    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 1 cup of sago pearls
    • 1/4 cup of sugar

    Directions

    1. Cook Jelly in a small pot, (carefully following the package instructions)
    2. Add the boiling water and whisk until the jelly is starting to dissolve, whisking in between, until the jelly is completely dissolved.
    3. Set aside and let cool, then pour into glasses for serving
    4. On another pot, boil the sago with water and sugar.
    5. Drain and let it cool aside
    6. Pour one spoon of sago on top of each glass filled with jelly
    7. Add the condemilk and serve.
    8. *For fluffy milk, use evaporated milk: place in a larger bowl and beat with an electric whisk until thick and fluffy, then pour into serving dishes/glasses.
    9. Place inside the the fridge for at least 2 hours, or longer, until totally set.
