Sweet Honey and Garlic Glazed Roasted Asparagus
Crisp-tender asparagus roasted with a sweet and spicy glaze of honey and garlic. Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 450.
- 2. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey.
- 3. Toss asparagus spears with dressing and roast for 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 4. Toss with cheese.
