Swedish Pancakes
This is my mom's recipe and my all time favorite breakfast! Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour enough batter just to cover the bottom of a small nonstick buttered frying pan.
- Cook over medium heat for less than two minutes or until set and then gently turn over and cook for just a minute or so more.
- Roll the pancakes up and keep warm in the oven until ready to serve.
- Serve with maple syrup or fresh berries.
