Super easy yet tasty halibut.
This is my kind of recipe. It is easy yet tasty. I used halibut, but you may also use chicken. Chicken will have to be baked longer than 20 minutes. Ingredients
- 3/4 - 1 pound halibut
- 1 C. coconut milk
- 3 Tb. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt (to taste)
- cilantro
Directions
- Combine coconut milk, fish sauce, black pepper, minced garlic and salt (optional).
- Marinate fish in sauce for 1 hour.
- Bake, 350 for 20 -25 mins.
- Garnish with cilantro.
