For those of you in the great state of Alabama, the holidays will be delayed until January 8! For those of you who have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about, U of A will take on The Fighting Irish for the National Championship! For those living outside this great state, football is NOT a sport! It is a way of life, and yes EVERYTHING is planned around football in the south (including my wedding)! So in honor of my favorite team and all the other good teams participating in bowl season, I will be testing and concocting as many game day foods as I can pack in during this most wonderful time of the year! This super awesome and easy recipe comes from my favorite food blog! Gina at Skinny Taste is a Genius! My husband and I inhaled two batches of these for supper last night! This is also a great kid friendly recipe. These are great with any dipping sauce... Including my buffalo dipping sauce! I hope everyone enjoys my game day recipes and may the best team win! They all have worked hard this season! Roll Tide y'all!

    Ingredients

    • 3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breast
    • 1 package of thick cut bacon
    • Toothpicks

    Directions

    1. Cut chicken breast up into bite sized chunks. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap the bacon around the chicken bites. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees! Yes, it's that easy!
