    A super easy vegetables clear soup recipe.

    Ingredients

    • carrot
    • cabbage
    • broccoli
    • green bean
    • mushroom
    • potato
    • oil
    • garlic
    • shallot
    • onion
    • water
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spring onion
    • celery
    • fried shallot

    Directions

    1. Cut 1 piece of carrot,cabbage, broccoli, 5 pieces green bean, a handful of mushroom and 1 piece potato.
    2. Medium heat 1 table spoon oil.
    3. Sauté 2 pieces chopped garlic, 1 piece chopped shallot and a half chopped onion.
    4. After the aroma comes out, pour 2 cups of water.
    5. Cover, bring to boil, then add the cut vegetables and a pinch of salt and pepper.
    6. After the vegetables are tender, add chopped spring onion and celery.
    7. Wait a minute, then take it out of the stove.
    8. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
