  • Sunday Chicken Hot Dish

    •     It was always a special treat to have my Grandmother's creamy chicken warm
    •     dish for Sunday supper. You can prepare it Saturday night, chill, then
    •     have it cooking while you're at church. It's a lovely aroma to come home to.
    • 4 x boneless breasts
    • 4 slc bacon
    •     Buttered pan
    • 3 ounce can chipped beef (minced, then layered on bottom of pan)

    Directions

    1. Wrap chicken in bacon and hold together with toothpick. Combine 1/2 can mushroom soup with small carton lowfat sour cream. Pour over chicken. Place chicken in buttered pan. Cook uncovered, baking for 4 hrs at 275 degrees. Serve with rice or possibly wild rice and steamed vegetables.
