Stuffed Clams
Ingredients
- 2 can Chopped clams
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 lb Butter
- Warm pepper sauce
- Bread crumbs
- 1 med Onion -- - minced fine
- 2 med Green peppers -- - seeded
- And
- Fine
- Grated Jarlsberg cheese
Directions
- Simmer clams, lemon juice, oregano and butter in a saucepan ffor 15 min; add in warm pepper sauce, bread crumbs, onion and green pepper till mix is consistency of oatmeal; fill cleaned clam shells with mix and top with Jarlsberg; bake in a preheated 325 F oven for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till mix starts to bubble.
