- 4 chicken legs and thighs
- 1 yellow plantain
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- Sofrito to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Needle to sew the chicken
Directions
1.Debone the thighs and legs. Follow the instructions on the video at the end of the recipe. Marinate them with salt and pepper and a little mashed garlic,2.Dice and boil the yellow plantain in a small pot for about 10 minutes. Use a fork to see if this soft.
