    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 (17 oz.) strawberry jam
    • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (3.5 oz.) strawberry gelatin
    • 2 Tbsp. 2% milk
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
    • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup
    • 4 drops red food coloring

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Cool completely.
    4. Spread strawberry jam over the crust.
    5. Filling: Beat cream cheese, gelatin, sugar and chocolate chips together.
    6. Spread over the strawberry jam layer.
    7. Spread cool whip over filling layer.
    8. Topping: Mix cool whip, strawberry syrup and food coloring.
    9. Spread over strawberries layer.
    10. Decorate.
