    Ingredients

    • 18 1/4 ounce Strawberry cake mix
    • 1 env Dream Whip whipped topping mix
    • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
    • 1 c. Water, cool
    • 4 whl egg whites, slightly beaten
    • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
    • 20 ounce Frzn strawberries, sweetened and thawed
    • 3 1/8 ounce Fat-free vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
    • 2 c. Cold Whip Free, thawed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping mix, and baking pwdr.
    3. In another mixing bowl, combine water, egg whites, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened.
    4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 min till golden. Poke holes 1" apart in top of cake using handle from wooden spoon. Puree thawed strawberries with juice in food processor. Spoon proportionately over top of cake allowing mix to soak into holes. To prepare topping, make pudding mix according to package directions using 1 c. lowfat milk. Fold whipped topping into pudding mix.Then, spread over cooled cake.
