Strawberry Cream Parfait Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x baked pie shell
- 1 pkt strawberry Jello
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. sliced strawberries, liquid removed
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in warm water. Spoon in one pint of vanilla ice cream and stir till melted. Place in refrigerator till thickened, but not set (15 to 25 min). Mix in one c. liquid removed sliced strawberries. Turn filling into pie shell. Refrigeratetill hard, 20 to 30 min.
