    Ingredients

    • 1/4 c. softened butter
    •     One (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
    • 1 x egg
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. One 18 1/(2-oz) box strawberry cake mix (any flavor can be used)
    2. Mix butter and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl. Add in egg, vanilla and cake mix. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 375 degrees. Frost with prepared frosting if you like.

        This is a really good recipe just follow the directions .
        I used Betty Crocker cake mix, Philly cream cheese
        I added 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla flavoring, butter, and 1 large egg .
        Stirred with a spoon then rolled into balls and placed on lined, lightly greased cookie sheet
        Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
        Everyone loves them.

        You can use any flavor of cake mix
